You will need a Visa when entering most Humanitarian Volunteer Project Countries. The cost of a Visa normally varies between 30 US and 50 US Dollars. We will advise and assist you with your Visa.

Travel Insurance

You will need to purchase comprehensive Medical/Travel Insurance cover for the duration of your mission with Humanitarian Volunteers. We can help you.

Flights.

It is important to reserve your Flight Tickets as early as possible. We can assist you with your Flight Reservations, if you wish.

Amendments.

In an extraordinary situation where you need to alter your volunteer mission dates – please contact us and we will attempt to facilitate you.

Cancellations.

Unfortunately, charges for cancellations are avoidable. Should you cancel, you will forfeit 30 % of your placement fee, inclusive of your deposit.

Responsibility.

Please Remember – Humanitarian Volunteers are not responsible for everything. You are volunteering to work in a developing country. Ultimately , you are responsible for yourself. You are responsible for your Health, Behaviour, Security and Safety. You and You Alone are responsible for the Success of your Volunteer Mission.
